At San Francisco Adult & Teen Challenge, we rescue men and women from the destructive downward spiral of addiction and life-controlling habits. We accomplish this by bringing them into a safe, supportive residential environment and rebuild lives by replacing those patterns, cultivating the spiritual strength to fight against patterns that destroy our lives. Together, we pursue God, work hard, and restore meaningful relationships with our families and communities.
What We Do
The cost of living in San Francisco is one of the highest in the nation, and the Bay Area is the epicenter of a nationwide opioid epidemic. It has been reported that there are more drug addicts and homeless than students enrolled in our public high schools, and we spend more money on alcohol than any other major US city. But we believe there is hope for our city and our nation; a hope that does not disappoint, and that ultimately comes from knowing Jesus.
Each Adult & Teen Challenge center is independently operated, and our goal is to foster beneficial relationships with donors who support our mission.
