Our team is comprised of seasoned members of a thriving recovery community.
In addition to pastoring a local church for the past two decades, Kenny has been the Executive Director of SFATC since 2019. He brought a lifetime of experience working alongside his father in their family-owned construction company, and applied his many trade skills while guiding the organization during an extensive engineering and architectural retrofit to our facilities. In the years since, he has been responsible for the pioneering and shaping of our vision and mission.
Michael fills a much-needed key role in keeping SFATC running smoothly by managing the systems that support day-to-day operations. From scheduling and documentation to internal communications, he helps ensure staff and students stay organized and on track. His consistency and attention to detail contributes greatly to the overall clarity and efficiency of our program.
Stephen serves as the Men’s Center Director, where he oversees daily operations, administration, and programming.
Nate brings versatility and dependability to the team, supporting media production, vehicle management, and student advising. His hands-on involvement helps keep both practical operations and relational care running smoothly. Whether behind the scenes or one-on-one with students, Nate shows up with humility and a readiness to serve.
Tyler serves as the Extended Programs Coordinator and oversees our Bayview transitional housing initiative.
Fernando oversees our kitchen operations, and is a valuable member of the leadership team with a passion for mentoring men and fostering spiritual growth.
Mario leads the intake process for the men’s center with a balance of compassion and clarity, helping each new student feel welcomed and understood. He guides individuals through their first steps into the program, offering steady support during a critical transition. His heart for people and commitment to service are evident in every conversation.
Jeff serves as our passionate leader of praise and worship services at our centers and at Sunset Bible Assembly.
